Summary: Fix for bug 1193439

Initial Comment:
This is a minor fix for the "Remove Away Message" menu
being presented incorrectly/inconsistently when
compared to the Buddy Pounce menu.

It makes the "Remove Away Message" menu item inactive
when there are no away messages, instead of being an
active menu item with no sub-items.

I tested removing all away messages, adding some, and
removing them again. It behaved the way we'd normally
expect.
