It was in today's CVS.

I found the code, made the change, and submitted a patch.  It's
literally only two lines.

The IRC handler has a generic handler, just a "default" on a "select"
statement, that used to handle the 422, because there was no specific
handling.  I just added a specific "case" that does only a break.
