Well, I'm running CVS and it does this. My CVS build is a few days old,
though. I'll update it and see if it's still there.

Personally, I think it's ok that we push the error through, but I think
maybe we should say exactly what the error is. Currently, we do an alert
with "IRC Error 422" and that's it.
