Hello! It used to work, but doesn't do it anymore. I suppose for a couple of months. Gaim fresh from CVS. Message Notification plugin loaded. Notify for IM Windows/Chat Windows. Prepend string into the window title (*) Remove when: gain focus, receive click, when typing. But when gaim window is sitting in background (and I watch pages with Galeon, for example), when I receive message it moves to foreground, instead of just changing window title. Not quite, sorry. It _also_ prepends window name with (*). I use tray plugin, too. When I just run gaim and have messages to read, it just displays small flashing icon on gaim tray. It is a bit confusing to me, I'd prefer to act in normal way - open new window in background. And ... I have option "Hide new messages until tray icon is clicked" checked. What does this option? It is unclear to me. Fonts -> Use custom face and use custom size don't work. Both of them change nothing. The same with text color and background color. (If I am right, these options change message window fonts? Or is it general setting? Or .... I don't know, it doesn't work) And last thing. I think that tray should react not to press right mouse button, but to release it. In my opinion it is desired behaviour. I use Linux 2.4.18 with some patches, Debian machine, unofficial KDE 3.1rcsomething, gtk and other as fresh as in Debian archives. I'd like to help. I don't know if there are only my problem, or more people have such issues. Regards, Robert PS. Sorry for my not so perfect English. |
