[Gaim-devel] Gaim CVS Debian: works great!

hi,

I've been having all sorts of problems with Yahoo's latest Linux
client for Yahoo messenger.  It kept crashing so I decided to give
Gaim a shot and just got Gaim off CVS (gtk1-stable) and installed it
on my Debian Woody system and it works great with Yahoo and Jabber!
Thats all I've tested to so far.

It was very easy to build and get running.  The only problem I had was
that I needed to install libperl-dev to get it to compile.  I did have
libperl5.6 installed but it was not enough.
