how does it work for between gaim and winaim?

i've sent a couple people to see the patch and told them to leave any
comments there in the tracker attached to the patch. i haven't checked to
see if they have.

work is being done on oscar, but not with the file transfer code. kingant
is working on server stored lists and authorization stuff for icq via
oscar.
