Well, seeing as how that's exactly how it works (Text sent is prefaced by AUTORESPONSE) with the AIM protocol, it really shouldn't be a big issue (Wow, listen to the non-programmer talk about ease of implementation!!!) to add that back in. I've already patched my version, and will be testing it out as soon as my WinDoze box sees fit to boot. Should someone file on official feature request?
