It certainly looks as though OmniWeb doesn't like it. I can look at =20
the source, though. It looks as though Vietnamese is currently at =20
about 54%. Not good. I'll follow this up with Qu=C3=BD. Maybe he no =
longer =20
has enough time to translate this file. We might be able to fit it in =20=

elsewhere.
