Mark currently wants to release gaim on the 9th.  While there is some
doubt that this will actually happen, It does create a tenative
cut-off for updates at around noon gmt-5 on the 9th.  Please let me
know if this is unreasonable.

looking at gaim.sf.net/i18n, we are doing well.

am, az, bg, bn, bs, en_AU, en_CA, et, gu, hi, it, ka, ko, ku, mk,
my_MM, nb, nn, pa, pl, sk, sq, sr and sr@Latn, ta, te,
uk, xh, and zh_CN are all below 75% translated, not counting fuzzy
translations.  This is 29 of our 54 translations, but even many of
these are 70-71% translated.
