In timestamp_format.c, we're emulating an exact format string for backwards compatibility reasons. I'm not going to mark that for translation without a very compelling reason, and in that case, we'll need to reword the pref to remove the "traditional Gaim" wording. In timestamp.c, I assumed that format string was to specifically emulate iChat, which is why I didn't mark it for translation. It doesn't matter to me much either way, as I don't use the plugin.
