Attached is a patch that will make Gaim build with the in-tree copy of
libgadu. The in-tree copy of libgadu will be disappearing, so packaging
libgadu where possible is the better option. But, when policy prevents
it at the moment, this is a good workaround.

This patch hasn't been extensively tested, but it worked in a quick
test. :)

Please, if you use this, do not remove the gtkdialogs.c hunk. It may be
important for debugging later that we know who is using an Internal
libgadu if they come to us for support. This way, Luke won't kill me! :)

Let me know if there's anything I can do to make this transition easier.
