I think, this "string freeze" is not a very strict string freeze. The=20 developers fix bugs and _should_ not change strings in the next weeks=20 before 2.0.0 release. And the translators should use this relatively=20 long time for translation. You can send your translation already now for testing. But I think there = will be a few changes until the last days before 2.0.0 release. Two=20 examples: 1) Sometimes a developer must change a string during bug=20 fixing. 2) If a new translation will be included in Gaim, the country=20 name will be added for Gaim->About.
