May be we should ask for help on a translators site (GNOME translation teams etc.). Should we include translation files with a very low rate of translated strings? For instance Amharic (am) has currently a translation rate of 4.95%, Slovak (sk) 5.39% etc. (from http://gaim.sourceforge.net/i18n/) I personally prefer English over a very incomplete translation.
