[Gaim-i18n] Kurdish translation of the installer

Hi,

I just finished the Kurdish translation of the Windows installer and 
created a tracker for it (). Hope it will make it into 2.0 .

By the way, I tested the beta 2 and encountered no problems whatsoever.
