Correct, I have been slow to commit the translation updates as we are
not in string freeze.  Not being in string freeze, there is really no
rush for me to commit these, and with the possibility of change at
any time, I would rather hold off if it means committing _one_
version instead of n versions after n successive string changes.

also, this would be more appropriate to the gaim-i18n mailing list
rather than gaim-devel.
