[Gaim-i18n] Gaim i18n mailing list and tracker updates

Hi,
Previously this mailing list was used both for discussion of i18n issues in
Gaim and as the mailing list for updates to Gaim's translation tracker.  I'm
sure a lot of you would be happier without seeing the translation updates, so
I created a separate mailing list for them.  I just created the list, and it
said it could take up to 6 hours before it's ready for use, but it looks like
it's working fine to me.

Summary:
The gaim-i18n mailing list (the one you're reading right now) should be used
for discussion of i18n stuff in Gaim.  Announcements, questions about
phrasing, suggestions on changes to Gaim to make translating easier, etc.  To
subscribe/unsubscribe, use

The new gaim-translations list is only useful for people that want to get
emails whenever stuff in the translation tracker changes.  By default, none of
you are subscribed.  If you're interested in subscribing, use
http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/gaim-translations
