Thanks Luke, Nathan: this makes it even simpler to update our
translations, and here're the directions for other translators: 

1. grab PO/POT file from gaim.sf.net/i18n
2. translate/update it
3. submit translation to 
   https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=713922&group_id=235&func=browse
