Fantastic, I hadn't seen the new Live messenger I didn't know they put adverts
on your buddy list.  I take it that they update every minute or so?  Advertisers
must love that as they must be able to get clear statistics on how long the
buddy list has been visible to the user.

Why would anyone put up with that if they don't have to?  It also begs the
question of when they will put them in the conversation window as well.
