It syas guifications and perl cannot be found, but they are both there wi=

Then you will need to use the debug window.  Turn it on and then restart =
gaim.  It should open right from the start.  I suggest you do this with n=
o accounts enabled, to reduce the output.

Scroll up in the output, till it is probing the plugins, and find where i=
t probes guifications.

If it is not in the list, then it seems likely that guifications is not i=
nstalled to the right location.
