Given the last release of April 2006, it shouldn't be too hard to bring 
it up to date. Another developer of autoprofile monitors gaim-devel, so 
he should be able to provide more detailed information at his will.

I'll take a look at it in the next few days if I get some free time. A 
well structured plugin that provided this functionality would be of 
benefit to me, but I've lacked the time to research which would best 
fill my needs. There are other plugins designed to provide similar 
features, and what you're looking for may be better suited by one of those.
