There ARE downsides to this.  I WANT people to know and realize that
they are using jabber.

A second downside is that some user will see "I selected 'Jabber -
gtalk' but it doesn't work" because they can't use those defaults
(see sean's email about there being a variety of hosts).

A third downside is that some user will see gtalk defaults and think
that there are no other jabber servers.
