Initial Comment:
This is a favorite plugin of mine that I've tried to
keep working as GAIM's code continues to change.  The
name says it all, this is a plugin that, when warned,
will warn the non-anonymous person back a configurable
amount of times.  You can also choose to block after
warning them, whether to warn anonymously or not, and
also send them a custom message when warning them.
Majority of credit goes to Dwayne Harris
vgamer1525<at>yahoo<dot>com , but I have been trying to
keep it working with the newest versions of GAIM. This
has been horribly hacked to work with GAIM 1.1.4.
