I would probably handle it like the various firefox extensions that
allow you highlight a word, right-click and have firefox look up a
dictionary or wikipedia entry for that word.  In gaim's case it the look
up would be sent to the browser obviously, the browser-opening functions
being already available in gaim.

I don't think it should be too hard at all.  However I haven't the time
for it at the moment.  If this still isn't done when my plate clears
(thinking end of 2006) I'll gladly tackle it.
