    Hello !!

User are more and more switching to Linux. One of the program that is most used is Windows Live Messenger (MSN Messenger).

When switching, users like Gaim, but they do not find what MSN got...

Yes, there's "aMSN", but tbh it has too much option for a MSN-like, and got some serious bugs, like refreshing the contact windows every 5 seconds...

Maybe you could make a plugin (ONE plugin, not 5 plugin...) that will make GAIM more like MSN, with these features :
    -better avatar support
    -Vidéo and voice support
    -Personal Smileys support
    -Group orders displayed alphabeticaly
    -Contact displayed with green Icon
    -Contact Size less big
    -Disconnected message support
    -etc...

    Thank you in advance !!!

I think you seriously overestimate the widespread usage of the official MSN client, but that's beside the point. Not a single thing you listed was a 'feature' of the official client, or something that gaim chose not to do. They are (with two exceptions) all simply protocol features that gaim has not yet gotten support for (though most if not all are planned).
I have no idea what you mean by better avatar support (though I'm assuming you mean the fact that sometimes gaim fails to fetch the buddy icons at all or at least update them correctly), and I don't know that work towards fixing that has been done but if you want to pitch in patches are always welcome.
Voice and video support is a *huge* undertaking and is on the list of things to do for gaim 3.0.0.
In the 2.0.0 betas gaim can receive custom smileys (though it can't send them, and I'm not sure it ever will be able to send them, there are apparently patent issues).
You can move the groups around in the buddy list yourself, though there is no automatic way to do that (again patches are welcome).
I have no idea what you mean by contacts being displayed by the green icon.
gaim has two buddy list views, the 'small' list and the 'large' list, in the betas the Buddies->Show Buddy Details menu item toggles between the two (in 1.5.0 that preference was called 'Show Buddy Icons' and was in the preferences window I believe).
The ability to set the MSN personal message (status messages) and the ability to send offline messages are both features that require a newer version of the MSN protocol than gaim currently supports, some work was done to fix that for the Summer of Code and that code is in the process of being looked over for acceptance (as I understand it).

So, given all of that and the fact that gaim isn't trying to be an MSN client (it is trying to be an MSN, ICQ, AIM, Yahoo, Jabber, IRC, Silc, Sametime, Gadu-Gadu, Zephyr, Groupwise, and SIP/Simple client the fact that it doesn't look/work exactly like MSN isn't exactly something we are bothered by.
