Does Pidgin support show personal signature in MSN account? as we know, MSN live messager always support signature to help pepo to show his/her feelings everyday. If not, It should be at least to support to display the signature of other people who used MSN live mesager.

No, pidgin is not currently able to read or set the MSN Personal Status Messages, support for that will be coming as soon as the update work on the MSN protocol is finished and usable. I don't know when that will be.
