I tried to send anonymous messages to PidGin without success.
Would be good if was possible to offer support to our clients.

    There´s some notice about that?

What do you mean "anonymous messages"? What protocol? What didn't work correctly?

Presumably you have that turned on for the account you want to have working with this in pidgin? What do you mean when you say it doesn't work? Does sending the message seem to work from the website? Does the website have an error? Does pidgin do anything with the message? Do you see anything useful in the pidgin Debug Window (Help->Debug Window) when the message is sent to pidgin? It is entirely possible that the version of the MSN protocol that pidgin supports doesn't allow this to work (I'm not at all sure as I know basically nothing about MSN).

            >Presumably you have that turned on for the account you want to have working with this in >pidgin?
Yes, I logged with that account.

            >What do you mean when you say it doesn't work? Does sending the message seem to work from >the website?
I can see that I'm logged. Than, from website I try to begin a conversation; I send a message and I receive an error message informing that the destination logout, even I´m still logged.

            >Does the website have an error?
No, the code used is the same provided by Microsoft.

            >Does pidgin do anything with the message?
No, It act as if no received any message.

            >Do you see anything useful in the pidgin Debug Window (Help->Debug Window) when the >message is sent to pidgin?
I don´t saw this. I'm begining with PidGin.

            Can be.
