Pidgin MSN and Live messenger are not communicating with each other. I just convinced one of my instant messenger buddies who was using yahoo, aim and msn to go to pidgin.
After installing Pidgin she was able to use yahoo and aim on Pidgin but MSN would not connect. Message stayed at connecting.
I had her reinstall live messenger which goes on line but will not let her send me a message on msn the message she gets tells her I am not on line. I am not able to see her on line in msn although if i show off line buddies i can send her a message which she receives but live messenger says I am not on her buddy list does she want to add. but the add never works because pidgin never gets the approval message.
Any one else seeing a problem with MSN and Pidgin?
We are both using Pidgin 2.2.1
