my problem is that msn emoticons sometimes are difficult to read because people using msn live use they to write a word....
so want to remove their icon and see only the text...how to do this????

Under the Tools menu, select Preferences. Then, go to the "Smiley Themes" tab, and highlight "none". Click Close.
