I'm running the portable version at the moment, but I've had the same issue with the regularly installed version.
I'll be chatting with someone, and suddenly the chat window will freeze. The entire application will completely hang for as much as a full minute before it goes back to working normally. Is this a known issue? Could it be a problem specific to my machine, or are there certain environmental factors I should change to prevent this constant hanging?
