Aliases are great and all, but I really can't see myself ever using them... because they appear to only stick around for the lifetime of your Pidgin install. If you reinstall Pidgin (say on a different computer) they vanish. So... is there a way to back them up and include them with a fresh install on Pidgin? I mean, they're just strings stored somewhere on the local hard drive, so if I knew where they were, I feel like I could import them into new installations. Ideas?

The aliases are stored in a blist.xml file in your .purple directory (the location of which is defined in the FAQ (http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/FAQ)).
