I've had this problem for quite a while now. When I go to set user info to put something in my profile, it is very difficult. First of all, I can't hit enter and go to a new line, its like one big line of text with a lot of spaces that wraps eventually. Also, If i have something in one color or size and I delete it, it is difficult for me to go back to the default font.

ctrl-enter or shift-enter, the same way it works in the message entry box by default. As to going back to the default, you can try hitting ctrl-r (which is reset formatting) though that might reset everything in the entry box I'm not sure.
