A few of my friends who have AIM for window's get logged off of AIM every time I send them a message. After three messages they are logged off for a while because they are "trying to log on too many times" I searched through tons of threads and forums but no one else seems to have this problem.

I have a similar problem. are you a mac user by any chance as i have had an issue with my friends who are on macs that IM and i get kicked off. As well as some peoples away mesasges. are you getting a win socket error #10054?
