Scrollbar question on buddy list

I've noticed also that on beta4's buddy list, the up or down arrows "hide" when the scrollbar is at either extreme.  Like, if you can't scroll the buddy list up any more, the "Up" scroll button disappears.  Likewise for the "Down" scroll button if you can't scroll down any more.

This is on WinXP....I'm not sure if it's a new thing from the Beta4, or something with the updated GTK, or something with the Windows theme.  I don't remember it in the beta3 though.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!

This is the current GTK+ behavior.  The buttons don't really "hide" they are just disabled when they wouldn't actually do anything.

Yeah... I don't see any real problem with this.  Kind of a good thing if you think about it - when the button is disabled it doesnt need to check to see if it can scroll anymore and then not actually do anything.  Now it is just a dead button so you aren't calling functions in the code that don't do anything ;)
