So I'm running two operating systems, Ubuntu and Win XP. Now I use Pidgin in both, because of the convenience. I would just like to know how could I change the default directory that logs are written to? I'd like to have the preferences in both my partitions to write to the same file (I'm guessing that'll be more or less easily possible. I was looking through prefs.xml in Application Data/.purple/ but I've only skimmed through it. Ideas, anyone?

See the FAQ and the pidgin man page, as well as the output of pidgin --help.
