Is there a plugin for pidgin that will automatically change your status to Do Not Disturb, or a status of your choice with a status message BASED on the program you have running?

For example, if I open "ut3.exe", is there a plugin that can change my status to Do not Disturb with the message, "I am busy playing Unreal Tournament 3".

Or, if I open any random program of my choice like Firefox, change my status message to "Currently browsing the net".

Not that I would want that, but you get the idea.  The reason I want this is because I have people on MSN, AIM, Yahoo, etc that do not know my status and bug me profusely and I just cannot be erked to respond.  Sometimes, I get people that message me 12 times with the same message, "Why are you ignoring me, Neil?  I know you're there.  Okay, fine if you don't want to talk, bye."  That kind of annoying nonsense that I never get while I'm using X-Fire because x-fire tells everyone exactly what I'm doing.  If they knew my status, they would realize, "Oh, he MUST BE BUSY, therefore I will leave him alone."

Is there a plugin for Pidgin that does exactly what I just talked about?
