Is anyone else experiencing with Beta 5 that when switching status their whole computer slows down, as well as the initial start of gaim? Not sure if its just me or a bug. CPU usage surges for a good 10 seconds, and all other programs just don't respond.

It's fine with me under win2k... I do find that my accounts take longer to connect on startup than they did in beta3 and before
