Hi, it would be useful if we could have a chat message/command ("!end") sent when an operator closes a chat.
We use Olark and they may forget to close the chat properly and therefore request feedback, but if we could set the !end chat to be sent to the chat when they close the chat/chat window, then they don't need to change what they normally do and will automatically get feedback.
I wondered if this is possible, and if so whether there might be a plugin that could do this?
