I'm using Pidgin v2.0.1, and was wondering if there's any way to get buddy status changes (e.g. logged in, logged out) logged into the chat logs themselves, instead of to a separate system log? I think Gaim behaved this way. Thanks!

For at least three events, go to Tools > Plugins > Buddy State Notification. There, you can have the three following events trigger notifications in the chat windows (which should then be listed in the chat logs :) ) - Buddy Goes Away, Buddy Goes Idle, and Buddy Signs On/Off.

What status changes are you hoping to log?
