www.onlinestatus.org can be used to show whether a user is logged into various IM servers. I am successfully using this with IRC, Yahoo and Skype. MSN works, but I have a problem with the GAIM client (1.5.0 BTW).
When a user logs into the web page where I'm using the service, if I'm logged into MSN using GAIM, GAIM displays an error message saying "MSN Error: Authentication Failed" whenever the web page using www.onlinestatus.org is refreshed.
I presume this isn't an issue with GAIM, but I'm wondering if anybody here knows how to stop this happening? Personally, I don't care about the error, so just hiding the error box would be good.
Thanks,
Graham

So is nobody else using this service? For those that do, what do people use to display their status on web pages?
