Webcam and voice for XMPP, plus a lot of other little things, were added to 2.6. So what's next up for Pidgin? Anything in mind or anything near completion? Any goals? Time-frame? Just curious. Would be nice if the developers would communicate more about this sort of thing.

We are all individual volunteers, so we all tend to work on things we find interesting and don't work toward a pre-determined roadmap. That said, VV on other protocols and merging other GSoC projects are likely to happen in the medium (months) term.
