I don't know if this forum is the appropriate place for future release suggestions, but here's one that's bugged me since Gaim 1.5 and earlier..
Would it be simple to add a drop-down in the log viewer to select the user's logs you want to view? I know you can go to Buddies > View Logs in the Buddy List window, but that requires you to know the full username of the person whose logs you want to read. This is a pain in the case of GTalk (which requires you to know the user's full email, rather than the alias you've set for them), and even moreso with Meanwhile (a user's name at my company will be something like "CN=$Firstname $Lastname/OU=$Deptname/O=$Companyname").
I'm also aware that can show offline buddies and right-click a user from there to view the logs, but it would be really handy to be able to select a name from within the Log Viewer window.

And also to the developers: thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for bringing back the expanded formatting toolbar! :)

I believe the View User Logs dialog should autocomplete from the alias if you start typing in from the beginning of the alias, is that not happening?
