Whenever you close the conversation window and reopen it, it shows only last chat messages, but not shows the whole history with this particular person. It's acting like that only if I enable History PlugIn. If I disable it, it will not show any history.
Also I noticed that it creates a new log file for each conversation and it does not matter if I select HTML or Plain Text in Preferences\Logging
Is there any way it can be fixed?

The History plugin is indeed the way to load in the previous conversation into the window, but this will be the previous conversation based on how the logging works
Few different options for you: You can change the "Close IMs immediately when the tab is closed" setting in Tools->Preferences->Conversations - this gives a delay to keep the log running for a while longer and doesn't close off the log file immediately You can install and use the SQLite Logging plugin which stores logs in a SQLite database - this has a setting to group history by date, so will show the full day's worth of history when used with the History plugin
