    From the FAQ, it says all you do is Add their phone number; I used +19195551234 - but how do I know if the txt/sms gets to them?  How do they reply?  Or can they not?

    Also, which "network" would I have to send the SMS from; my guess would be either AIM or ICQ?  I tried adding (on accident) +19195551234 to my jabber account buddy list but it didn't work; so Im guessing it only works with AIM/ICQ.

    And, when the person gets the text message, who does it say it's from?  My ICQ/AIM username?  And can they reply?

      I believe it only works on AIM (though it might also work on ICQ). I believe it only works for US numbers and may be limited by cell provider (I'm not sure). I assume it appears to come from your username though I don't really know, and I also don't know if they can respond.

        Unsure of ICQ, but it works on AIM. Upon sending a message to an SMS number, one gets the following auto-reply:
        "Your IM has been sent to my mobile device. When I receive it, I will be able to reply. Thanks for your IM! Want your IMs forwarded to your phone? Click here." *here* links to http://mobile.aol.com/mobileaim/forwardims

        The recipient gets an SMS from a random number, and the message is formatted as follows:
        "<screen name> (using AOL IM)
        <message>
        (You can reply to this message)"

      neato.  ok so yea it doesn't seem to work with ICQ, but when I used my AIM s/n I got the auto-responder, followed by a "Your message could not be delivered. Please try again later." but that's ok :)  That number has SMS/txt messaging blocked :X  lol.
