I was using Gaim and I blocked someone, but I can't find any kind of unblock option in Gaim anywhere, and I have to get on AIM to unblock them. This would be fine one time, but Gaim re-blocks them every single time I use it. Is there any way to unblock someone or some way to manually go into a file and fix it?

In "blist.xml" contained within the ".gaim" directory, remove the line matching your buddy. It should look like this.
<block>Your buddy</block>
