I think it would be nice if you could assing buddy pounces to groups of people.
Maybe I want one pounce from my friends and another from work. If my groups are 10-20 persons it is quite time consuming to add buddy pounce for all individually.

This would be a very useful feature. It would probably be better suited to a plugin, perhaps in the guifications plugin pack. They have a groupim plugin that allows you to send an IM to everyone that is online in a given group, and they may be willing to make something that sets up a pounce for everyone in a group.
