I am trying to install gaim on my PC (Windows XP SP1) in my new company and I have a problem to make it work through a proxy.
I configure to use HTTP and set the host (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), the port and my login/passwd to go through the proxy. I checked the host and port with one of my collegue using directly Yahoo!Messager.
Whenever I try to connect to one service (MSN, Yahoo) I have an error.
I suppose that my problem comes from the Proxy configuration by I am not sure of that.
Could some one help me on this one ?
How can I see in Gaim what is the source of my problem?
What am I doing wrong?
