I've tried researching this, but I couldn't find an adequate answer. The problem is that font sizes don't match up between Gaim and AIM. If I want AIM users to see my text as I desire, then I have to make it illegibly small to myself and other Gaim users. Is there any way to resolve this?

You might try the latest 2.0 beta (currently beta 5) and see if that helps the problem at all. I'm not sure if it's related to the situation with font sizes listed on the Planet Gaim blog ( http://gaim.sourceforge.net/sean/blog/font-sizes ).
