#2 pidgin-gpg segfaults on empty config

pidgin-2.4.0 gpg plugin 0.1-beta

This segfaults on empty ~/.purple/pidgin-gpg.ini file. Just a corner-case, but please fix the plugin so that it just ignores it or fills with proper data then.
