[Gaim-encryption-devel] Romanian translation of Gaim-Encryption

Hi,

I've translated to Romanian Gaim-Encryption and it's Windows installer. I have attached both as a unified diff to the current anonymous CVS and also as a tarball with only the Romanian-specific files. Use whatever suits you better. 

Sorry I couldn't make it earlier, Gaim got really big these days and it took a while to get it's Romanian translation back to 100%. I hope it will make it into the 3.0 release.
