[Gaim-encryption-devel] g-e enabled by default

Is it possible to have gaim-encryption enabled by default?

I'm running Gaim 1.2.1 and Gaim-Encryption 2.36 on Mandrake 10.2 and Windows,
and in every client, whenever a user sends a message, they must first click the
Tx button to enable encryption.
